Okay, the saying is "She's a couple of kangaroos short IN the top paddock" - totally different meaning to the one published in your blog
"She's a couple of kangaroos short IN the top paddock" implying that the head is the top paddock and she is missing the full complement i.e. not quite the full tin of Pal, a few sandwiches short of a picnic etc. ....hmmm, maybe I was talking about you.....
